We've been hard at work on some exciting new features, and are thrilled to announce the first batch of updates.

SOC2 Compliance ✅

Security has always been a top priority at Recapped, and we take pride in the fact that our customers trust us with their most critical data.

As of August 2022 we are SOC2 Compliant! Recapped utilizes enterprise-grade best practices to protect our customers’ data, and work with independent experts to verify our security, privacy, and compliance controls. We’ve received our SOC 2 Type 1 attestation report with the help of Drata and MJD Advisors.  

We operate with the understanding that it is our responsibility to handle your data with as much care as you would. This is another milestone in our company as a fast growing organization. To request a copy of our SOC2 Report please send an email to Security@recapped.io.

Sign in with Microsoft OAuth 🆕

As we continue scaling with our Enterprise customers, control and governance is a critical focus.

We've heard your feedback, and are excited to announce that users can now log into Recapped using their Microsoft credentials!

If you are currently using a different email than your Microsoft email for your Recapped account and would like to switch please email help@recapped.io to update your account.

New Recapped Fields in Salesforce 📤

Whether you're forecasting revenue for this quarter, or doing deal reviews with your team, you can't have too many insights.

The Recapped platform can now push additional fields to your Salesforce, so you can have even more confidence in your forecasts.

Sync fields like workspace status, engagement score, next step, and if the next step has been scheduled to SFDC for every opportunity. You can even push these fields to additional BI tools like Clari, and BoostUp to super charge reporting.

Dynamic Variables 🧨

You can now automate workspace creation with Dynamic Variables (like company name, etc). You can insert a Dynamic Variable into a template or load it directly into a text block within a workspace!

Dynamic variables will make it easy to standardize your messaging across your team and speed up the process of workspace creation and sharing.

The following fields will be available as dynamic variables: full_name; first_name; last_name; email; title; phone; company; and more.

Edit Collaborator Names ✍️

Users can now update a Collaborator name and the changes will be made everywhere throughout the workspace. To edit a Collaborators name, while in a workspace click Share > Collaborators, and hover over the name. Simply edit their first or last name and click save.
